Once access to a course is granted, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued.

Payments are automatically renewed unless canceled by the student before the next billing cycle.
All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
All payments made to TT New World Technology are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Monthly subscription fees
One-time course purchases
Enrollment and registration fees
Promotional or discounted course fees
Once payment is processed, access to learning materials, systems, and resources is immediately provided, making the payment final.
4. Cancellations
Students may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing only.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
The current billing period
Unused time
Uncompleted courses
5. Course Access & Availability
Course content, schedules, instructors, and materials may be updated or modified at any time to improve learning outcomes.
TT New World Technology reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if there is a violation of platform rules or policies.
6. Failed or Late Payments
Access to courses or subscriptions may be temporarily suspended if payment fails.
Continued non-payment may result in permanent account termination.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting TT New World Technology first may result in immediate account suspension.
Any abuse of the payment system may lead to permanent loss of access to courses without refund.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By subscribing, enrolling, or purchasing any course from TT New World Technology, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Refund Policy, including the non-refundable payment terms.
